Functional Fitness

Functional Fitness classes last one hour and include a group warm-up, a strength/skill segment, and a Workout of the Day (WOD). Each session varies, ensuring our athletes gain a well-rounded experience. The WOD features diverse exercises that challenge your fitness, with modifications available for all levels. We emphasize constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements keep you engaged and motivated.

Bootcamp

Our 30-minute bootcamps are built for everyone—whether you’re picking up a weight for the first time or you’re a seasoned pro. We swap complex barbell lifts for effective, hard-hitting tools like kettlebells, rowers, and dumbbells. It’s fast, it’s sweaty, and it’s designed to get your heart racing without the complicated movements.

Personal Training

Our coaches can create a personalized tailored to help you achieve your goals. Whether you're aiming to compete at the top level in a specific sport, triathlon, Spartan Race, or train for a 5K road race, we are here to ensure you're physically and mentally ready. We provide a variety of options, including private training alongside a group membership.

Open Gym

Looking for the freedom to follow your own program? Open Gym gives you full access to our equipment and space to train on your own terms. Whether you're making up a missed workout, hitting a specific accessory goal, or just need a dedicated environment to do your thing, our doors are open for you.

  • Memberships are flexible and can be canceled at any time from your account. You’ll retain access through the end of your current billing cycle.

    Please note we require at least 48 hour notice to cancel membership.

  • Absolutely! We welcome athletes of all levels. Whether you’ve been training for years or are just stepping into a gym for the first time, our programming is designed to be scalable. This means every movement can be adjusted to match your current fitness level and goals.

    At Obscurus, you aren't just thrown into the deep end. You’ll have the support of a community and coaches who meet you exactly where you are, ensuring you build a strong, safe foundation from day one.

  • We don't offer formal childcare services, but we are a family-friendly environment! You are welcome to bring your "littles" along while you train.

    To ensure everyone has a focused workout and—most importantly—to keep the kids safe, we simply ask that they remain in the designated areas and out of the way during class. Our priority is making sure no one’s experience is disrupted and that the children stay well clear of any moving weights or equipment
